Tonight I watched the tearjerker movie, Doll House.

It’s about a father trying to make up for lost time with his child.

This hit me hard.

It may not be the best movie out there. But, as a new father I was able to relate and sympathize to the character.

There is nothing quite like spending time with and making time for your child.

Screw everything else.

I now understand how these moments of taking care of a newborn child is so precious. It’s not something I can take back. I should not waste it.

I look forward to seeing my baby grow and mature.

And for sure, I will do my very best to be with him every step of the way — with as little to no lost time as possible.
