I just purchased my second car.

From the same dealer, the same bank (for the loan) and the same agent whom I acquired my first car 5 years ago.

Many people were asking why I did not explore other options.

I tell them it was all about customer service.

In the last 5 years, I’ve had my first car serviced multiple times. It got into 2 major accidents of which the dealer and insurance fully took care of.

My agent has always been very accommodating as well. He never failed to assist me and answer any questions I’ve had ever since.

The managers at the car shop already know me. Some of them have already been my friends.

All of these experiences can be summed up to excellent customer service.

How I was treated as a customer/client in the last 5 years became my basis for my next purchase decision.

It was a no-brainer for me. I never thought of other options. I just stuck with them.

I’ve even recommended my agent to multiple clients as well.

This whole car purchase experience really taught me the power of customer service.

It’s something we neglect. But, more business should focus on getting loyal customers to succeed.
