Change is constant. Change is inevitable. Change is good.
Change has always been glorified in a positive way.
But, up to how much can one bear the changes that happen around himself?
What happens if change is happening one after the other? What happens if the changes happening around are so drastic that it shifts one’s perspective on things?
This is when change becomes too heavy, too much and can be overbearing.
It leads to exhaustion and anxiety.
I still believe change is good though. But, I think we should learn how to manage it so that it helps us to become better and not the other way around.
